Yoga, Chair Yoga
I’m Vicki and I’ve been practicing yoga for over 15 years, and after going to lots of classes and loving it, I thought “I want to do that”, so I did!
After 3 years training I qualified as an Iyengar Teacher in October 2010. I continue to practice Iyengar yoga with senior teachers as you never stop learning in yoga.
Yoga brings me balance of the mind and body and just a lovely feeling. I hope I can share this with you too.
