Tru Yoga studio started as a concept of a nest. A place of growth and development cocooned in loving nurture and kindness. Our talented team of teachers have learned from a panoply of masters and share their knowledge with you so that you may learn and grow too. Our classes are not only of the highest professional quality but filled with laughter, love and happiness.

The yellow walls of the studio make it a warm, welcoming environment even when it’s grey outside. Our underfloor heating makes it a particularly inviting space during winter months. The fully equipped studio has every prop you may need during your practice.
