Jo

Jo joined the Tru Team in early 2022. Jo is a trained Reiki Practitioner and Indian Head Masseuse.  After a career in IT and Research and Design, she discovered the practice of self-reiki and has progressed over the last few years to train as a practitioner so she can help others feel the benefits of healing.

Jo uses the traditional Usui method along with her own unique healing styles.  She uses Crystals for an amplified healing experience.  Jo also offers Cacao Therapy, having training as a Cacao Master of Ceremonies, Jo is offering Cacao Ceremonies (keep an eye on Tru’s website for upcoming ceremonies) and one to one sessions.
