Yin, Meditation, Nidra

Bethany began practicing yoga regularly when Tru opened its doors in September 2016 and hasn’t looked back since. What started out as a way to build strength and improve flexibility also evolved in to a mental wellbeing and self-care practice. 

Trained to practice functionally rather than aesthetically, Bethany believes that yoga is for everybody and is passionate about adapting poses and postures so that every student can experience the joy of yoga in their own body. This concept of variable anatomy is woven throughout her classes where she aims to create a safe, supportive space for students to explore themselves physically and also spiritually should they wish.

Bethany offers a mixture Yin yoga and Meditation classes having completed her 200 hour Yoga Alliance qualification with renowned yoga teacher trainer Dhugal Meachem. She also offers a monthly Yoga Nidra class for the ultimate wind down and relaxation.
