Sam

Sam is a multi-disciplined practitioner specialising in Clinical Reflexology, with a strong foundation in holistic and complementary therapies.

With over a decade in holistic healthcare, her work integrates Systematic Kinesiology, Reiki and Indian Head Massage to provide thoughtful, assessment-led treatments tailored to each client. 

Sam began her holistic studies over a decade ago in Edinburgh with Scottish Massage Schools, initially completing a Diploma in Swedish Massage, before moving on to Remedial & Sports Massage working with the Scotland U20 National Rugby Squad during their preparation camps for the World Rugby U20 Championships and the 6 Nations Championships.

In 2020, she retrained in Clinical Reflexology, gaining her Practitioner’s Diploma in Clinical Reflexology, credit-rated by Napier University.

More recently, Sam has completed a Foundation Degree in Systematic Kinesiology and is currently studying towards her Practitioner Certification, further deepening her holistic approach to supporting balance and wellbeing.

Sam is insured with the Federation of Holistic Therapists and is an active member of the Association of Reflexologists.
