My Story

Bethany began practicing Yoga regularly in 2016 and hasn’t looked back since. What started out as a way to build strength and improve flexibility gradually evolved and in Yoga she found the perfect blend of magic and science.
Trained to practice functionally rather than aesthetically, Bethany believes that Yoga and movement is for everybody and is passionate about adapting postures so that every student can experience the joy of movement in their own body. This concept of variable anatomy is woven throughout her Yin, Slow Flow Yoga & Qi Gong classes. She aims to create a supportive space for students to explore both their physical practise and their inner landscape through awareness, Meditation and Yoga philosophy.
Bethany offers a mixture of Yin Yoga and Slow Flow Yoga classes having completed her initial 200 hour Yoga Alliance qualification with Dhugal Meachem. She then went on to complete further training in Meditation, Qi Gong and Yoga Nidra, quickly discovering that on this path you are always the student as well as the teacher!
