Sam

Sam is a multi disciplined practitioner specialising in Clinical Reflexology. 

Reflexology is an ancient complementary health therapy which works on the principle that the energy meridians of the body are reflected in the feet; working on these reflexes can restore imbalances in the body thus promoting physical and emotional health and can be very effective in encouraging deep relaxation.

Sam began her holistic studies over a decade ago in Edinburgh with Scottish Massage Schools, initially completing a diploma in Swedish Massage then moving onto Remedial & Sports Massage.

During her time studying Sam had the opportunity to work with the Scotland U20 National Rugby Squad during their preparation camps for their World Rugby U20 Championships and 6 Nations Championships.

In 2020 she retrained in Clinical Reflexology gaining her Practitioners Diploma in Clinical from The Complementary Therapy School  - credit rated by Napier University.

Sam is insured with the Federation of Holistic Therapists and an active member of the Association of Reflexologists.
